Terms and Conditions – Cineworld ‘F1® The Movie’ Prize Draw
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Participants
Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Spark Marketing Services Limited, Warner Bros., Performance Entertainment or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to:
i. Book a ticket / tickets for F1® The Movie in any format online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number.
ii. Visit the F1® The Movie promotional website https://promotions.cineworld.co.uk/f1-monza-trip/ (“microsite”) and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name and email address.
Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Friday the 13th June 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 18th July 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
If entrants would like to enter the Prize Draw without purchasing a cinema ticket to F1® The Movie, entrants can write to F1 Monza Trip, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG, providing their name and email address. Entries by post, must be received between the Opening and Closing Date.
Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners.
Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
4. The Draw
All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to potential participation in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the competition has ended and a winner is announced.
5. Prize Details
Warner Bros and Performance Entertainment are the Prize Providers of the F1® The Movie’ Prize promotion and will provide one (1) package holiday to Monza, Italy consisting of three (3) nights, at a three (3) star hotel for two adults, between 5th - 8th September 2025 (the “Holiday Prize”).
The Holiday Prize will be provided by Performance Entertainment on behalf of Warner Bros and includes:
· Airfare: Roundtrip flight from London, UK to Monza, Italy;
· Accommodation: three (3) nights at a three (3) star hotel in Monza for the winner and one (1) guest, with breakfast included;
· Two (2) Formula 1 Pirelli Gran Premio D’talia 2025 Race Day Entry Tickets;
· Travel insurance for winner and guest;
6. Prize Terms and Conditions
Holiday Prize is for two (2) adults*.
The recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary;
Only one (1) guest may accompany the winner on the Holiday Prize. The winner is not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Holiday Prize. The winner’s guest may not be selected through any future contest, promotion or commercial event. Once selected, the guest may not be changed without express permission from the Prize Provider, who may in it’s sole discretion, grant or withhold such consent.
* At least one traveller must be eighteen (18) or over. Anyone under eighteen (18) will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel;
• Economy flights from capital cities (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to Monza, Italy. Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available. Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
• Travel arrangements, including but not limited to: costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, (i) to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and London departure airport and (ii) to and from the hotel and airport in Monza do not form part of the Holiday Prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their guest;
• A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation;
• Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing a twin or double room;
• Accommodation will be selected by the Prize Provider at their sole discretion;
• Accommodation for the winner and their guest does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest;
• The Holiday Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;
• All elements of the Holiday Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at Prize Provider’s discretion;
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest is aged seventy five (75) or over;
• All elements of the Holiday Prize must be taken at the same time;
• Once booked, the Holiday Prize cannot be amended or cancelled;
• The Holiday Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. No cash alternative is available;
• All travellers will require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and their guest;
• The Holiday Prize has to be taken on 5th - 8th September 2025;
• Attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and the Prize Provider and Cineworld will not be liable for any of these changes, cancellations or closures.
• If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of the Holiday Prize with no guest, the Prize Trip will be awarded to winner and any remainder of the Holiday Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
7. Winner's details.
The surname and county of the winner will be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published Closing Date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to F1 Monza Trip, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG. Winners who wish to object to publication of their surname and county, should notify Cineworld in advance of the Closing Date by contacting Cineworld Customer Services via the
online contact form or by email at Customer.Services@Cineworld.co.uk. Further details about entrant’s rights in relation to their personal data are set out in the Cineworld Privacy Policy (available at
www.cineworld.com).
8. Promoter and Promoter's Rights.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG (“Cineworld”). Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Holiday Prize or Promotion.
10. Exclusions
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Holiday Prize package is excluded.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Data Protection
All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas'
Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at
www.cineworld.com) and only used for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and administration of the Holiday Prize.
