Terms and Conditions – Cineworld ‘One Night Only New York Trip’ Prize Draw

1.        Acceptance of these Terms

By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

2.       Participants 

Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Spark Marketing Services Limited, Universal Pictures International UK LTD, IM Marketing and Element London LTD or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw. 

 

3.       How to Enter 

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to: 

i.                     Book a ticket / tickets for One Night Only in any format online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number. 

ii.                    Visit the One Night Only promotional website https://cineworldpromotions.co.uk/one-night-only-new-york-trip (“microsite”) and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name and email address. 

 

Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Monday the 10th of August 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 3rd September 2026 (the “Closing Date”). 

If entrants would like to enter the Prize Draw without purchasing a cinema ticket to One Night Only, entrants can write to One Night Only New York Trip, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG, providing their name and email address. Entries by post, must be received between the Opening and Closing Date. Entries that are sent before the Closing Date but are received by the Marketing Department after the Closing Date has passed will not be entered into the Prize Draw.  

Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners. 

Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion. 

 

4.      The Draw 

All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place. 

Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to potential participation in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the prize draw has ended and a winner is announced.

 

5.       The Prize  

The Winner will receive: 

·         One (1) package holiday consisting of four (4) nights in New York for two (2) adults (“Holiday Prize”).

The prize provider is Element London LTD. Registered in England No.7073848. Registered Office: 5 Morie Street, London, SW18 1SL. (“Prize Provider”).

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 21 years or over at the time of entry.

Airfare: Roundtrip flights from London, UK to New York City, USA

 

Accommodation:

o   Four (4) nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in New York City for the winner and guest with breakfast included, based on sharing a double occupancy room

 

Drinks at cocktail bar: Bar tab provided to the value of $100 including tax and gratuity

 

Karaoke Bar: Includes cover charge and tab to the value of $150 including tax and gratuity

 

Sightseeing Boat Cruise (approximately 1.5 hours) for the winner and their guest: [         ]

 

Pizza Food Tour (approximately 2.5 hours) for the winner and their guest: Includes local guide, kitchen tour of 3 pizzerias, 1 full slice at each pizzeria

 

Travel Insurance Allowance: £50 per person

 

The Holiday Prize is for two (2) adults;

The winner and guest must travel at the same time with the same itinerary; 

At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Anyone under 18 will require parent or guardian permission prior to travel; 

Only one (1) guest may accompany the winner on the Holiday Prize. The winner may not bring any additional family members or guests on the Holiday Prize. Once selected, the guest may not be changed without express permission from the Prize Provider, who may in it’s sole discretion, grant or withhold such consent. 

Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable airport taxes, fees, and duties) to New York City; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; 

Travel arrangements, including costs relating to public transport, fuel or parking, to and from the winner or companion/s’ home and departure airport do not form part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner and their travelling companion/s; 

Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing a double occupancy room for four (4) nights at a 4-star hotel in New York City, all accommodation is based on sharing one (1) double occupancy room. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation. Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion. ; 

Accommodation for the winner and their guest does not include any meals, incidentals, gratuities, or telephone calls. Any other personal expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest; 

The Holiday Prize excludes meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package; 

All elements of the Holiday Prize are subject to availability; If unavailable, experiences and items of a similar nature and value may be offered at prize provider’s discretion; 

Accommodation and experiences will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; winners must contact Prize Provider with three (3) preferred travel dates in three (3) separate months no later than six (6) weeks prior to departure; 

A £50 travel insurance is provided per person; it is the winner and guest’s responsibility to take out an appropriate policy to match their requirements and for ensuring that this includes insurance cover for the correct destination and for any applicable activities which they will be undertaking while away; the Prize Provider reserves the right to request proof of valid travel insurance prior to reimbursement;  

All elements of the Holiday Prize must be taken at the same time; 

Once booked, the Holiday Prize cannot be amended or cancelled; 

The Holiday Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; No cash alternative is available; 

All travellers will require a passport valid for at least six (6) months on date of travel; any necessary visas (including ESTA) or additional insurance are the responsibility of the winner and guests;

The Holiday Prize cannot be taken from 21st December – 4th January (Christmas and New Year), over UK public holidays, or over Easter Sunday; 

The Holiday Prize is valid for twelve (12) months from the date of notification of winning, and all travel must be completed within that time; 

If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the Holiday Prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the Holiday Prize and the Promoter shall have no responsibility to provide an alternative part of the prize;

The minimum age for entrance to and service at the cocktail bar and karaoke bar is 21 years old, photographic proof of age may be required; A $100 tab is provided for the cocktail bar and $150 tab is provided for the karaoke bar;

The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. Any personal data submitted by the winner to the Prize Provider will be treated in accordance with Prize Provider’s privacy policy, which is accessible at https://element-london.com/element-london-privacy-policy-travel-english/   

6.      Promoter and Promoter's Rights. 

The promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG (“Cineworld”). Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

7.       Limitation of Liability 

Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Holiday Prize or Promotion. 

8.       Exclusions 

Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Holiday Prize package is excluded. 

9.      Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

10.    Data Protection 

All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas' Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.com) and only used for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and administration of the Holiday Prize.
