Terms and Conditions – Cineworld ‘Regretting You Spa Day’ Prize Draw
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Participants
Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Spark Marketing Services Limited, Paramount Pictures UK, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to:
i. Book a ticket / tickets for Regretting You in any format online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number.
ii. Visit the Regretting You Spa Day Prize promotional website https://promotions.cineworld.co.uk/regretting-you-spa-day-prize/ (“microsite”) and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name and email address.
Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Friday the 17th October 2025 (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 30th October 2025 (the “Closing Date”).
If entrants would like to enter the Prize Draw without purchasing a cinema ticket to Regretting You, entrants can write to Regretting You Spa Day Prize, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG, providing their name and email address. Entries by post, must be received between the Opening and Closing Date.
Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners.
Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
4. The Draw
All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to potential participation in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the competition has ended and a winner is announced.
5. Prize Details
Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd will provide the prize for the promotion Cineworld x Paramount Pictures UK with one (1) spa day at a Champneys Spa of choice (choose from Henlow – Bedfordshire, Tring – Hertfordshire, Forest Mere – Hampshire, Springs – Leicestershire, Eastwell Manor – Kent or Mottram Hall – Cheshire) from 9am – 6pm for two (2) people.
The Spa Day Prize will be provided by Cloud Nine Incentives Limited and includes:
· Spa Relaxation Experience;
· Welcome drink and healthy snack,
· Use of leisure facilities;
· Healthy lunch;
· 50 minute facial per person;
· Use of robe and slippers;
6. Prize Terms and Conditions
The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”). www.uponcloudnine.co.uk
The Prize includes access to a Champneys Spa of choice (choose from Henlow – Bedfordshire, Tring – Hertfordshire, Forest Mere – Hampshire, Springs – Leicestershire, Eastwell Manor – Kent or Mottram Hall – Cheshire) from 9am – 6pm, spa relaxation experience, welcome drink and healthy snack, use of leisure facilities, healthy lunch, 50-minute facial per person, use of robe and slippers and branded tote bag to keep (together, the “Prize”).
Unless otherwise stated the Prize offered is for up to 2 people travelling together, both of whom must be aged 18 or over. Each person participating in the Prize will be referred to in these terms as a “Participant”.
The Prize is valid until 31st October 2026. The Prize cannot be taken during Christmas and New Year (24th December 2025 – 2nd January 2026), Easter (3rd -6th April 2026), Public Holidays, trade fairs or local special events (i.e. sporting events). All Prize-related activities must be completed by 31st October 2026. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine.
Travel costs not included in the Prize. Transport between home and the venue (and vice-versa) is the responsibility of the Prize Participants.
All dates and locations are subject to availability.
The Prize must be arranged a minimum of 6 weeks (42 days) prior to intended spa day.
All Prize-related activities must be taken together and must be completed within the time-frame stated in these terms.
The issue of the Prize shall be conditional upon each Participant (or, where such Participant is a minor, that Participant’s parent or legal guardian) signing a binding confirmation of eligibility and release with Cloud Nine, under which each Participant shall, to the extent permitted by law, release the Released Parties (defined below) from any and all liability arising out of the use or misuse of the Prize and participation in any Prize-related activity (unless that liability arises from negligence or breach by the Company or Released Parties of its obligations relating to the Prize). “Released Parties” means Cloud Nine, Cineworld Cinemas and Paramount Pictures UK together with any entity which controls, is controlled by and/or under common control with the foregoing and any of such entities’ officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors or assigns.
Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to, any venues, activities, events or retail items. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered.
This Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for any unused portions of the Prize.
In the event of cancellation by the winner, the Participants will not be entitled to claim any refund or replacement Prize.
Any amendments made by Participants after the booking is confirmed, to the extent permitted by Cloud Nine or the relevant third-party provider, will be subject to administration charges. Some changes may not be possible.
Any meals included in the Prize description may have a maximum allowance associated with them. Participants will be notified of this prior to redeeming Prize.
All other costs and expenses in taking up the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to travel to and from the UK location, additional meals, drinks, gratuities, personal expenses and any costs related to COVID-19 as set out below.
Experiences included in the Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions from the provider(s). Participants must comply with such terms and conditions when taking up the Prize and participating in the relevant experience.
Some experiences and/or treatments may have age, height, weight and/or health restrictions.
Some experiences and/or treatments may be seasonal and/or vary per venue. Treatments are subject to change.
Should Participants wish to add additional items to the Prize (additional Participants etc.) they may do so via Cloud Nine at an extra cost. Cloud Nine will advise the cost prior to booking. Cloud Nine will not enter into any discussions about cost comparison or rates sourced elsewhere.
Travel insurance is not included in the Prize.
It is the Participants’ responsibility to advise Cloud Nine of any circumstance that may prevent them from participating in any element of the Prize, including but not limited to dietary requirements, medical conditions or personal circumstance. Participants should evaluate their own risk in determining whether to take part in any element of the Prize, since interaction with the general public may increase the risk of exposure to COVID-19. By choosing to take part in any element of the Prize, Participants acknowledge and agree that they accept any such risk associated with those elements of the Prize.
Participants are responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / limitations required by the applicable local and national authorities and the relevant activity and (if applicable) transport providers, including in connection with COVID-19. Any associated costs for this are the responsibility of the Participants (where applicable).
Participants are responsible for their behaviour and the behaviour of their guests whilst taking part in the Prize. Cloud Nine reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude any Participant from participation in the Prize or any part thereof if any Participant fails to comply with the directions of Cloud Nine, the venue, experience provider(s) or any company associated with the Prize, or, if any Participant acts in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.

Any personal data submitted by Participants to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy. 7. Winner's details.
The surname and county of the winner will be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published Closing Date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to Regretting You Spa Prize, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG. Winners who wish to object to publication of their surname and county, should notify Cineworld in advance of the Closing Date by contacting Cineworld Customer Services via the
online contact form or by email at Customer.Services@Cineworld.co.uk. Further details about entrant’s rights in relation to their personal data are set out in the Cineworld Privacy Policy (available at
www.cineworld.com).
8. Promoter and Promoter's Rights.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG (“Cineworld”). Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Holiday Prize or Promotion.
10. Exclusions
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Holiday Prize package is excluded.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Data Protection
All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas'
Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at
www.cineworld.com) and only used for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and administration of the Holiday Prize.
