Terms and Conditions – Cineworld ‘Street Fighter’ Prize Draw

1.            Acceptance of these Terms

By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 

2.          Participants 

Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Spark Marketing Services Limited, Paramount Pictures International UK and Cloud Nine Incentives or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw. 

 

3.          How to Enter 

To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to: 

i.                                Book a ticket / tickets for Street Fighter in any format online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number. 

ii.                             Visit the Street Fighter promotional website https://cineworldpromotions.co.uk/street-fighter-gaming-bundle (“microsite”) and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name and email address. 

 

Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Tuesday the 13th of October 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 22nd October 2026 (the “Closing Date”). 

If entrants would like to enter the Prize Draw without purchasing a cinema ticket to Street Fighter, entrants can write to Street Fighter Gaming Bundle, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 54 The Broadway, London, England, W5 5JN, providing their name and email address. Entries by post, must be received between the Opening and Closing Date. Entries that are sent before the Closing Date but are received by the Marketing Department after the Closing Date has passed will not be entered into the Prize Draw.  

Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners. 

Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion. 

 

4.         The Draw 

All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place. 

Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to potential participation in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the prize draw has ended and a winner is announced.

 

5.          The Prize  

The Winner will receive: 

·       One (1) PlayStation 5 Slim Console;

·       One (1) additional controller;

·       One (1) Street Fighter 6 PlayStation game;

·       One (1) Sifu PlayStation game;

·       One (1) Beast Reincarnation Playstation game;

·       One (1) £100 PlayStation Gift Card;

 

The prize provider is Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, Market House, Silver End, Olney, MK46 4AL. ABTA no. L9097 and ATOL no. 10626 (“Cloud Nine”). www.uponcloudnine.co.uk 

The winner of the Prize must be aged 18 or over.  

The Prize must be redeemed by 31st October 2027. Extensions to the validity of the package will not be allowed unless first authorized by Cloud Nine.

All items offered are subject to availability. 

Cloud Nine accepts no responsibility for any events beyond its reasonable control including the withdrawal of, or amendment to any retail items / specific lines. Cloud Nine will use its reasonable endeavours to supply suitable alternatives in such circumstances. No refund will be offered. 

The Prize is non-transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other special offer. There is no cash alternative or refund for the Prize.

After the winner has successfully received the (undamaged) Prize, Cloud Nine will not be responsible to replace any lost, stolen or damaged items. 

All other costs and expenses in taking the Prize not set out in the stated Prize description will be at the Participants’ expense, these include but are not limited to additional accessories, gaming add-ons etc. 

Some elements of the Prize come with a one-year manufacturer warranty, this will be forwarded to the Participant electronically.

Some items of the Prize may require a signature upon delivery, and in such circumstances the recipient must be aged 18 or over.  

It is the Participants responsibility to follow all user and safety instructions. 

Prizes will be securely delivered within 28 days of redemption, to the UK address provided by the Participant.  

The organiser is not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages arising from the acceptance or use of the Prize.

Prizes are fulfilled by Cloud Nine Incentives (company no. 07342147), information about the prize provider can be found by visiting www.uponcloudnine.co.uk. Any personal data submitted by Winners to Cloud Nine will be treated in accordance with Cloud Nine’s privacy policy. 6.          Promoter and Promoter's Rights. 

The promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 54 The Broadway, London, England, W5 5JN (“Cineworld”). Cineworld reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

7.          Limitation of Liability 

Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Holiday Prize or Promotion. 

8.          Exclusions 

Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Holiday Prize package is excluded. 

9.          Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 

10.     Data Protection 

All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas' Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at www.cineworld.com) and only used for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and administration of the Holiday Prize.
