Terms and Conditions – Cineworld ‘You, Me and Tuscany Engagement Ring’ Prize Draw
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
2. Participants
Entrants must be UK residents and must be 18 years old or over to enter the Prize Draw. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, Spark Marketing Services Limited, Universal Pictures UK, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd or their immediate families, or anyone else connected with the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Prize Draw, entrants simply need to:
i. Book a ticket / tickets for You, Me & Tuscany in any format online at www.cineworld.co.uk. Entrants will then receive a booking confirmation email from Cineworld, which will provide a booking reference number.
ii. Visit the You, Me & Tuscany Engagement Ring promotional website https://cineworldpromotions.co.uk/you-me-and-tuscany-engagement-ring-promo (“microsite”) and enter the booking reference number as well as the entrant’s full name and email address.
Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Entries must be received between 00:01 Thursday the 2nd April 2026 (the “Opening Date”) and 23:59 Thursday the 23rd April 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
If entrants would like to enter the Prize Draw without purchasing a cinema ticket to You, Me & Tuscany, entrants can write to You, Me & Tuscany Engagement Ring Prize, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG, providing their name and email address. Entries by post, must be received between the Opening and Closing Date.
Entries will be rejected if they: i) contain defamatory, malicious, indecent, immoral or other inappropriate content including sexist or racist language, ii) include the names, likenesses or similar of any individual without their express permission; iii) condone or encourage violent or anti-social behaviour; iv) cause offence on the grounds of religion, gender, sexual orientation, nudity, disability or age; or have negative attitudes about the promoter or any of its related partners.
Cineworld reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion.
4. The Draw
All entries received by the Closing Date will be collected together and one (1) winner will be drawn at random from all the eligible entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner will be selected by a random computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the Closing Date. The winner will be contacted by Cineworld within fourteen (14) days of draw taking place.
Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner or should the winner be unable to accept the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld's decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be asked to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to potential participation in any such publicity. Entrants’ details will not be passed on or used for any data purposes and destroyed once the competition has ended and a winner is announced , unless entrant opts in for Cineworld marketing.
5. Prize Details
The prize will be provided by Element London Limited and includes:
· 1x Austen & Blake Engagement Ring – Sabrina 9K Yellow Gold Round Solitaire Engagement Ring
· Secure delivery within mainland UK
Cineworld is not responsible for any delay, damage or loss once shipped.
6. Prize Terms & Conditions
The prize consists of one Austen & Blake Sabrina 9k yellow gold round solitaire engagement ring set with a 1.00 carat lab-grown diamond, with a delicate band (“the Prize”), and described in the promotional material. The diamond weight is approximate and refers to the centre stone. The Prize is fixed. No substitutions, exchanges, or alternatives will be offered.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative is available.
The winner is solely responsible for providing an accurate ring size when requested by the Promoter.
The Prize Provider accepts no responsibility for any incorrect sizing information provided by the winner.
The Prize will be supplied in the size specified by the winner.
Any resizing, alteration, or adjustment required after delivery will be entirely at the winner’s own cost, risk, and responsibility. This includes (but is not limited to) where resizing exceeds standard limits, the ring design or setting restricts resizing, or the ring requires remaking rather than resizing.
Resizing services, where available, are subject to the manufacturer’s own policies, limitations, and charges. Certain ring styles or settings may not be resizable or may incur additional costs. The Prize Provider accepts no liability for these limitations or any associated costs.
The Prize excludes anything not expressly listed in the promotional materials.
Delivery of the Prize will be made to one address within mainland UK only. The Prize will need to be signed for on delivery, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that all items are received in good condition. Any issues with delivery must be reported in accordance with the delivery provider’s terms.
7. Winner's details.
The surname and county of the winner will be disclosed to anyone who writes within one month after the published Closing Date and encloses a stamped addressed envelope, to You, Me & Tuscany Engagement Ring Prize, Marketing Department, Cineworld Cinemas, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG. Winners who wish to object to publication of their surname and county, should notify Cineworld in advance of the Closing Date by contacting Cineworld Customer Services via the
online contact form or by email at Customer.Services@Cineworld.co.uk. Further details about entrant’s rights in relation to their personal data are set out in the Cineworld Privacy Policy (available at
www.cineworld.com).
8. Promoter and Promoter's Rights.
The promoter of this Prize Draw is Cineworld Cinemas Limited, 8th Floor, Vantage London, Great West Road, Brentford, TW8 9AG (“Cineworld”). Cineworld reserves the right to (i) amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice, and (ii) terminate or suspend the Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Limitation of Liability
Entrants agree to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law to release and forever discharge Cineworld Cinemas Limited, and its parent corporations, subsidiaries, assigns and employees, and any entity or person connected with the Prize Draw from and against any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which may now or hereafter arise, including but not limited to any loss of enjoyment, costs, delays or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused by, contributed to, or arising out of or in connection with the Holiday Prize or Promotion.
10. Exclusions
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the Bundle Prize package is excluded.
11. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions (and any related disputes) are subject to interpretation under the laws of England and Wales, and to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Data Protection
All data provided by participants will be treated in line with Cineworld Cinemas'
Privacy Policy (available on the Cineworld website at
www.cineworld.com) and only used for the purpose of running the Prize Draw and administration of the Holiday Prize.
